Full payment is collected at checkout when you place your order. By completing your purchase you accept our terms — your order enters fulfilment immediately after payment is confirmed.

Please review your cart, item details, and delivery address carefully before placing your order. We are unable to make any changes after checkout.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or remote locations. Ordinary Nation is not responsible for delays outside our control.

No Returns & No Refunds

We operate a strict no-return, no-refund policy. The following are not accepted under any circumstances:

• Returns for any reason (change of mind, size, colour preference)
• Refunds after an order is placed or payment is received
• Exchanges or product swaps after dispatch
• Order cancellations once payment is confirmed

We encourage you to read product descriptions and details carefully and contact us with any questions before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives physically damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please follow these steps:

1. Photograph the item and outer packaging before opening fully.
2. Email us at ordinarynation@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos.
3. Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and respond with next steps.

Claims raised after 48 hours or without photographs cannot be processed. This applies only to transit damage or dispatch errors — not to general dissatisfaction with the product.

Additional Notes

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, Ordinary Nation is not liable. Please ensure your address is accurate before confirming your order.
